Preparation units

Air handling units assembled with mounting brackets. Filter, regulator, filter regulator, lubricators, mechanical on-off safety valve and distribution blocks. As standard regulators with built-in pressure gauge indicating the bar. Filters are supplied with semi or automatic drain.

GF - Filter

Filter in sizes from G1 / 8 "to G1". As standard with semi-automatic or drainage - manual drain on request. Filter as standard 40 microns, 5 microns on request. The bowl is in polycarbonate as standard. To be built in with other products in the air series.

Lubricator G1 /8 "to G1". We recommend oil type ISO VG32 for use with this lubricator. To be built in with other products in the air series.

GV - Soft-start valve

Soft starter valve, 3/2 NC function, in sizes from G1 / 8 "to G1 / 2". Supplied as standard with plug and coil in the selected voltage. As standard without pressure gauge. To be built in with other products in the air series.

GZ - Safe on-off valve

Mechanical shut-off valve, 3/2 funtion, in sizes from G1 / 8 "to G1 / 2". Lockable according to the OSHA standard (Occupational Safety & Health Administration). To be built in with other products in the air series.

GA - Distribution block

Bracket for module installation of air handling units. The bracket is selected as the T-bracket which is a collector for wall mounting or U-brackets which only a collector.
