Bonfiglioli BSR Reluctance motor
The BSR range of synchronous and reluctance motors can reach the IE4 efficiency class in the same size as standard IE2 class induction motors.
Alternatively, with the same size and efficiency, it can produce twice the power with respect to a corresponding induction motor.
To reach these objectives, Bonfiglioli has developed two packages: a “High Efficiency” package with IE4 efficiency class, and a “High Power Density” package.
For both solutions, the optimal motor control is guarantees by the Active Cube series drives, now equipped with sensorless algorithms dedicated to the new technology, and capable of enhancing their performance.
